Top Ten Tuesday: Twenty Romance Series to Binge On

Welcome to Top Ten Tuesday!

Top Ten Tuesday is an original weekly feature created by The Broke and the Bookish and is now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s topic is:

Genre Freebie

I was having a hard time coming up with anything fun and catchy, so you’re getting:

Twenty Romance Series to Binge On

I might have gone over ten… I couldn’t help myself. I’m going to link the first book in each series’ title to Goodreads so you can check them out if you’re interested.

NOTE: I wrote this post prior to everything exploding the way it has. I went back and tried to note if a book was FREE right now to help out.

1. Addicted / Calloway Sisters
Authors: Krista & Becca Ritchie

Starting with Addicted to You, this book follows the Calloway sisters Lily, Rose, and Daisy as they fall in love. It touches on family relationships, addictions, etc. It’s continuous story that continues through the eyes of the different sisters.

3. King
Author: T.M. Frazier

I’m including this series for those of you who enjoy a DARK romance. Lots of trigger warnings to go along with this series. It’s addictive, but not for the faint of heart. It’s another one that you have to read in order to avoid spoilers.

If you like romance with a tad bit of suspense, the Beneath series is for you. It’s set in colorful New Orleans with a cool cast of characters. Meghan March actually has a preferred reading order list of how all her series mesh together, but I’m just giving you this series alone. Once you get into her duets, she has some amazing cliffhangers.
Reading order:
Beneath This Mask (FREE)
Beneath This Ink
Beneath These Chains
Beneath These Scars
Beneath These Lies
Beneath These Shadows
Beneath the Truth

7. True North
Author: Sarina Bowen

Don’t let the shirtless dude put you off. If you like contemporary romances with sweet stories and amazing characters, this series is for you. (I actually would recommend all of her books/series. I would have listed them all if I didn’t have to stick to 10.)
Reading order:
Bittersweet
Steadfast

Smart, funny, and filled with a lovable family, you can’t go wrong with the Winston Brothers.

Here’s another great NA college romance series that I just found and binged myself.

The Elements series is a series for those who want a series of standalone romances.

Reading order:
Co-Wrecker

Reading order:
Full Measures
Eyes Turned Skyward

Hallowed Ground
The Reality of Everything (TBR)

19. Him / WAGS
Authors: Sarina Bowen & Elle Kennedy

Him is a M/M hockey romance. It’s utterly addictive and Kennedy & Bowen do some of their best writing together. I am including the spin-off series in the reading order because you won’t be able to stop after these two books. You will need more.
Reading order:
Him
Us

  1. Ooh, I have read and loved so many of these! The Love & Stiletto series is a fave (as is the Oxford series). I friendship between the women and eventually, everyone was envious. I have only read two of the Legal Briefs books, but I enjoyed them both. Jake and the kids owned me. Helen Hoang is a gift to contemporary romance, as is Penny Reid. I recently finished the Winston Brothers books, and it was bittersweet. Speaking of Bittersweet, I cannot get enough of the Shipleys. They the best. And those On Campus boys were a delight.

  2. So many good ones, Deanna! I have some of this series on my TBR, but there are a few that weren’t on my radar and sound interesting like The Legal Briefs, Flight & Glory, Smart Jocks, etc. I’m ashamed to say I have the Beneath series to read on my Kindle since forever but I keep forgetting about it! πŸ™
I’ve just finished the Texting series and I had a lot of fun reading it. I’m going through a weird phase when I mostly want to read penpals romances or texting/online romances. I blame Dear Aaron. πŸ˜‰

  3. I haven’t read much romance but the Krista and Becca Ritchie writing team jumps out at me- i know I’ve seen those names around quite a bit!

    Happy reading!! πŸ™‚

    1. Hm…I wonder if that’s because they wrote a YA sci-fi duet? That one was good, but their romances are better. Their characters really come alive.
      Happy reading!

  4. AH what a list! Thank you so much for all of these recommendations πŸ™‚ I have The Kiss Quotient on my TBR and can’t wait to get to it πŸ™‚

  5. So many books to choose from! I can use a little escape from reality at the moment and I think that Winston Brothers sounds like a perfect series for me. πŸ˜‰

  6. Totally agree with the Addicted/Calloway series. It’s my all-time favorite contemporary series. I just read my first by T.M. Frazier last month and loved it. The Dark Light of Day. GoodReads lists it as King #0 but since I haven’t continued the series yet I don’t know what the connection is. The True North series is one of my faves. Sarina Bowen never disappoints. Kennedy Ryan – I adore everything she writes. The Hoops series, the Grip series… so excellent. I really need to get back into the Off Campus series. Him and WAGs… total faves (again with Sarina Bowen never disappointing me). Great list, Deanna! πŸ™‚

    1. I haven’t read Dark Light of Day, but I have seen the characters. It’s a book I think I have but need to get to.
      Thank you!

  7. I love the Blue Heron series! I really miss Kristan Higgins romance books. I also love that Texting series so much! (well, I loved the first book and the rest were not as great, but still enjoyable). I downloaded the first book in the Smart Jocks series on KU and will hopefully be starting it soon. Great list!

    1. I do, too. I wish she would go back to romance…
I can’t wait to hear about Smart Jocks. The series gets better as it goes along.

  8. It’s the perfect time to binge read. I’ve been binge watching shows as of late, but should really use the extra time reading. Thanks for the recs!

  9. LOVE this post! I need to remember that you did it once I finally catch up on all the series on this list that I’ve already started. The only two I’ve finished so far are Full Tilt and Maysen Jar.
