Top Ten Tuesday: Ten Things On My Reading Wishlist

Top Ten Tuesday is an original weekly feature created by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s theme is Ten Things on My Reading Wishlist. Pretty self explanatory. I’m really bad at wishing for stuff. Sorry if my list sucks.

So, here we go! (All links are to the Goodreads page of the book.)

1. More Frank Sanger.

I really, really, really, really need Emma Mills to write a book devoted to Frank Sanger from This Adventure Ends. I even have a title picked out for her: Frank Sanger Presents.

2. More WAGS books.

I have my fingers crossed that Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy will give us more sexy hockey players in the WAGS series after releasing book #2, Stay.

3. Nine Minutes TV show.

I would love Beth Flynn’s Nine Minutes series to be turned into an HBO show. If could star Charlie Hunnam, I’d be that much happier.

4. Keller’s story.

I know Kim Holden has said she’s done with Keller from Bright Side, but I would love to get a book about him. I’d like him to be a little older, but I want him to find love again. I need him to “Do Epic”.

5. From the Storm by Gail McHugh

I would really like book 2 of the Torn Hearts series, From the Storm. I loved Amber to Ashes and want to finish Amber’s story.

6. NetGalley Approval

I’d really like NetGalley to approve me for Sarina Bowen’s Brooklyn Bruisers series. Oh, and any other book I request. It’s what we all want, right?

7. My housecleaning to be magically done while I read.

Anyone want to do this for free? Hm…Maybe I can train my 9 year-old! 😉

8. To read the entire stack of books sitting on my kitchen counter right now.

This stack is about 15 books high. No joke. I read one and then add another to the stack.

9. To read all of the books sitting unread on my Kindle right now.

Yeah, the likelyhood of this ever happening is zero. Oh well.

10. Free books for everyone!!!

I guess that’s what the library is for.

  1. OMG! I agree with all but especially FROM THE STORM by GAIL MCHUGHI i have been waiting for this novel FOR FOREVER!!!! WTH with an ending like that and then to just….not.. let us.. know WTF is happening. I don’t know, i literally don’t know how i feel about this anymore, LMAO…rant over 🙂

    1. LOL. I love that I am not the only wondering what’s coming next with that one. I know the author has been dealing with some issues and that’s why we haven’t got the book yet. Still, I want it like now!

  2. I so need to polish my unread pile as well. I’ve written a list of all the unread books on my shelves right now and my heart breaks at how long it is. Why can’t I have more time to read?

  3. 7, 8 and 9 for sure!!! My pile keeps growing though so I don’t think I will ever complete it! haha

  4. This is a great list Deanna, and a take on this weeks TTT I hadn’t seen before! 😀 Free books for everyone would be amazing, I don’t go to my local library much so I’m imagining it as bookshops/Amazon just giving away books for free! 😀

  5. I would totally read Frank Sanger Presents! And Yes to NetGalley approvals! I’ve done a really good job requesting less books and I was getting approved for almost everything for awhile, but I recently got denied on like 3 in a row and am feeling very sorry for myself again haha.

    1. It’s always the ones we want to read the most that we get denied for, right? 😉

    1. That’s so awesome! It’s always fun to find someone with the same tastes. 🙂 Sorry it took so long to respond to your comment. It ended up in spam jail. 🙁

  6. Oh, the TBR mountain. Every so often I have to be ruthless and toss a few books off of mine (physical and digital). I have that same “read one, add one (or two or three)” problem you do!
