Book ratings:

I rate books I review using a 5-star system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★: I love, love, love this book! It was AMAZING!

★ ★ ★ ★: I really liked this book.

★ ★ ★: It was good.

★ ★: It was okay, but there were a lot of things I didn’t like.

★: Hated it.

At times, you may see ratings with half stars. I use them when I feel a book falls somewhere between two categories.

Contact Information:

I am currently accepting a limited amount of review requests from authors, publishers and publicists of CONTEMPORARY ROMANCE NOVELS (YA/NA/Adult). I will accept books in physical, PDF, and epub formats. If you would like me to consider reviewing a book, you can contact me at anovelglimpse@gmail.com.

Please Note:

If I review your book, it will be my review and based on my honest opinion. There is no guarantee your book will get a good review. I will try my hardest to fall in love with your book. Both good reviews and bad reviews are helpful. As a reader, I appreciate both.

I will try to read your book as quickly as possible. I do have other commitments outside of blogging, so please be patient. If there is a date the review will be needed, please let me know and if I can’t read your book before that date I am happy to let you know before reading it.

Thank you!

  1. Hi Deanna, I sent you a separate tweet about a review. I just read the genre’s you do and do not review. My book, Space Spiders on Prom Day is YA and is super fun and outrageous. Teens, young women, and women in their 50’s have been surprised with how much they enjoyed it … and want more. Space Spiders on Prom Day does have an element of sci-fi (giant 16 ft Space Spiders) that Chevy & Sweetie have to stop to help save the Earth … but more importantly can they save Prom? It’s NOT a hard core sci-fi story and I get it if this is not your thing. And, if you’d ever consider an exception, this would be it. Women have been saying, “I don’t usually read a book like this … and I really enjoyed it, the characters, the romance, and the heat.” And it’s 100% fine for you to say, no thank you. All the best either way. Let me know if you’re intrigued and I’ll get you more info and/or other reader comments, a copy of the book, ect.

    1. Thanks for reaching out, John. I appreciate you thinking of my blog, but I don’t think it would be the best book for me — not my thing for sure. Thanks for thinking of me. There are probably a ton of other bloggers who would do your book justice better than I would. Good luck!
