Facts About Me

1.I’ve been 5’7-1/2″ tall since I was in the 5th grade. I was the tallest in my class until junior high when the boys grew.

2.I’ve reached the point in my life where more of my friends are getting divorced than getting married. It kind of sucks.

3.I just bought tickets to my high school reunion this summer, but I still haven’t decided whether I’m going or not.

4.I have one child. No, I’m not going to have anymore. It was on purpose. 🙂

5.I’ve been known to sing along to songs when I’m in the car by myself. I don’t care who might see me.

6.I used to have my belly button pierced. I miss it.

7.I may or may not have a butterfly tattoo. I refuse to confirm or deny.

  1. I think I’ve already been tagged and said that I’d do it! I’ll have to make a note of it so I don’t forget you tagged me as well. I’m not sure when I’ll get around to it though, it might be a couple of weeks 🙂
I used to be the tallest in my class as well! My feet have been a steady size 7 since I was 11 or 12, so it used to be a right pain buying shoes for me! I’m sorry to hear so many of your friends are getting divorced, that does sound depressing :/

    • I completely forgot about the shoe issues being young and tall! I don’t miss that.
Yeah, the divorce thing sucks. 3 out of 8 of us in the past two years. Oh well. They say like 50%, right? Maybe we’re actually doing okay.
And no rush! 🙂 Take your time.

      • I am quite glad that’s over. I remember being eleven or twelve and looking at these beautiful red high heels (which I’d never be able to walk on even now) and thinking ‘wow, they’re my size? I’m allowed to wear these?’ My Mum didn’t go much on it.
I know some people who have broken things off with their partners, sometimes after many years, because of smaller disagreements which had been allowed to fester and grow over the years. It’s such a shame, but it sounds like you’re doing okay 🙂
